	Invites you to the Fourth Annual
\\\\\River Run ////// Saturday, October 2^{nd A--------Wet----------Success!!! Lol} ^{Lots of practice opportunity for new steers persons} ^{27 km of paddling -- good food and friends.} ^{Home it time to enjoy a glorious afternoon of sunshine and R & R} Whole teams, partial teams and/or individuals. Everyone welcome! Cost is $15 per person Bring a dish to share for the potluck lunch Maximum 16 people in each boat We meet in Cayuga to launch the boats at 9am and paddle 27 km one way to Dunville. (we will take an hour for a potluck lunch) We expect to have the boat turned around and ready to paddle the 27 km BACK to Cayuga by 1pm (again we will stop for a potluck snack on the way) Make this activity work for you…either do the morning trek, the afternoon trek…or take advantage of the full day! Lively Dragon Club is always welcoming new members. We currently have three teams within the Club that are recruiting paddlers. No experience is required. We will train you.

Expectations
is a brand new team that will consist of paddlers between the ages of 11-17 years of age. Parental consent is required.

The DragonFLIES
is a second year mixed team. Highlight of their 2002 season was winning a bronze medal at the St Catharines race in July

Blind Ambition
is a brand new mixed team. They are a rec team who are anxiously welcoming new and experience paddlers!

Anticipation
is a highly competitive team that consists of 'fit' individuals who are motivated to practice hard, train hard and win hard!

Water Rats
a first year team who planned on coming out to have fun. Not only do they have fun...but in St Catharines they finished in the B Division!

All three of these teams will be practicing on Monday evenings 7:45-9:00 Outdoor practices have now started... Bayfront Park, Hamilton Ontario
