winter practice schedule
Our indoor practices take place at
Angela Coughlin Pool ( 2425 Upper Middle Rd, Burlington, Ontario corner of
Guelph Line and Upper Middle)

Monday evenings 7:30-9:00
Be sure to be there at 7:30 for brisk walk before invigorating paddle session
8:00 PM till 9:00PM
