We are currently practicing at Angela Coughlin Pool in Burlington on Monday evenings .You are more than welcome to come out and join us...Cost is $9.00 per session...or ten consecutive sessions for $75
Swim suit and shorts/T shirt are best for practice session, It is guaranteed you will get wet. We also recommend that you drink a bottle of water about one hour before practice and bring a bottle to drink during practice.
We Meet at 7:30 sharp on the pool deck where we do some warm up exercises, then start paddle practice at 8 PM which runs until 9 PM. It is a good work out. You may find it a bit much at first but will amaze yourself at how quickly your body can bring its ability up to match the work load. "Smile" You can do It!!!
