The Villages of Halton and the Adult Day
Programs. The Villages of Halton including Allendale in Milton, Post Inn Village
in Oakville and Creek Way Village in Burlington are long-term care homes for
elderly and disabled adults in Halton Region. The Services for Seniors mission
is to ‘Support People to Live Their Lives Their Way’. Raising funds assists the
many programs that the homes and adult day programs provide, improving the
health and wellness of the 572 people who reside in the homes as well as the
more than 65 clients who attend the day programs. Many of the residents and
clients are dealing with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia's as well as
medical concerns. The Villages of Halton prides itself on providing a safe and
comforting place for residents to call home. The Adult Day Programs provide a
much needed community service to clients and caregivers alike. All programs have
knowledgeable and qualified staff teams delivering a variety of supervised
activities to meet the client’s social, intellectual, spiritual and recreational
needs while promoting and encouraging independence and a rich quality of life.

$100 Donations matched by Lively
Dragon!!!!
Lively Dragon will match the first $100 raised by each team. This means that if
every team member gives only an extra $5.00, then $100 will be raised resulting
in a total contribution of $200 towards seniors programming. If 40 teams
participate in the race and each team raises at least $100 that will mean a
minimum of $8,000 with matched funds for the charity! Pledge sheets are also
available for those who are able to raise more funds! Why not set a team goal
for fundraising? You can let us know what it is and we’ll track your efforts on
the day of the event!!!!
