Hi Ramsay, We are very excited to be part of the Heart Lake Dragon Boat Festival again. Attached is the pledge sheet. As we discussed PCRFC can receipt for any pledges submitted. To receipt we require the donor’s name, full mailing address, phone and receipted amount. We automatically receipt for donations $20 or more and can receipt for anything below $20 if requested. As an added incentive I would be happy to offer a prize of a $150 Gift Card to Running Room to the person who submits the most pledges. I will be the PCRFC attending to collect pledges. In the past we have had a tent, table and chairs. If you could let me know what time I would need to be there that would be great. Thanks. Katherine
