Hello Teams!  

Each team is entitled  to two free practices  which are included in their race registration. The free practices include the dragonboat, lifejackets and paddles for a one hour  practice. Steers persons,  coaches, and extra practices are available for a fee.
Please review the chart below to select practice times for your team. Complete the form at the bottom of this page to send us your time selections. Thank You.

The "S" after your team name indicates that you have requested for a steersperson for practice and race.

Please note that it is recommended (But not Necessary ) that all team members participate in at least one practice..
