This is based on first entry received will get the time slot, The site is usually updated every 24 hours

The "S" after your team name indicates that you requested a steersperson
Get your practice selection chosen early,
Two practices are highly recommended and a third practice may be booked during the practice weeks by conferring with the festival committee, Please book the practice through the website.
Reminder to all team Captain/Managers that the team name used to first register the team will be the name used consistently and throughout the festival. Teams cannot change names after they have registered.
Remember to arrive on site at least one half hour before your assigned practice times to assure sufficient time to submit individual team member waiver forms and to sign the roster sheet.
Remember your boat will be ready to load 15 minutes before your practice time so plan to arrive early and be ready to leave the dock on time to enjoy a full practice
